strange progress
this week was nothing but a loadful of tests. bleaughhh. i'm really sorry for that's why i didn't have much time to update. it's quite funny. this week i have also been listening to a lot of click 5 songs. they're not bad, but i'm not the kind to gaga over them so quickly.
something happened quite out of the blue happened today at band. i'm not sure if you can call it good or bad. the sugar burnt off a lot quicker than i thought it would. i'm a lot more scared than i thought i would be, for i'm pretty much thinking of the political side of it. already as it is i have been experincing plenty of conflicts with the situation i'm in.
but i've decided to be positive! not only for all these seemingly unfair and hopeless situations where i seem to be failing all expectations. this is fantastic training ground before i step into the real nasty world of the adults. i've also been learning to be appreciative of everything i have. i'm really blessed to have food on the table, a chance to fail my tests while others starve and fill the entire building just to learn basic alphabet in china. i mean, i'm even grateful for my fats. i don't deserve the chance to stuff myself silly while others eat food from the garbage cans. you know, when tessa teased me about my round frame, i simply told her what i really felt.
she seemed rather surprised but didn't tease me further. i'm not angry at her or anything, but it shows people that when you are content you are way happier and nothing can really bring you down. this will inspire them to be thankful with all that god blessed them with, and no one can find fun in poking their curvy parts. everyone will then become happier and less bogged down with all those minute and annoying things in life. another thing is that i hope the world can regain the 'good morning' spirit. to hear everyone greeting you good morning with a smile adds a fresh touch to the day, don't you think?
and no, i don't mean the dead ones we reserve for teachers only in school. so say OHIO like domo-kun below!
