back then, as we turn the clock.
hmmm. i'm an auntie already. today i attended my neice's full month party. she's adorable, with the long legs of a potential model and the lovely, rosy face. the best part was that i thought the party would be like an early chinese new year (but it was hari raya! ^-^), where it would signify a mark of change that has taken place and that would come. to my surprise and pleasure, everything was the same. nothing really changed, and instead, the whole gathering was what it really should mean: we are a family. it has been such a long time i experinced a true, warm reuniuon. somehow, i felt a atep closer to understanding my cousin better. yeah, its singular. buut hey, it takes time, and it was a pretty big step on its own already. 7:30 AM ; Sunday, October 07, 2007

oh, blogging! finally! wonder if anyone missed me.realtionships. hmmm. that word pretty much stirs a lot within me. depends on which you are talking about.
family love
-family love. well, i know that i love my family. i have a loving,overly doting, cute, funny dad who can whip up the most scrumptious of dishes.
-my mother is really brainy, can be really lame at times( for comic relief), organised and loving. she is mostly the discipinary one.
-my first sister has my dad's genes. she's the very laid back (don't get me wrong, she is hardworking. but she has this very cool mood), approachable, lame, fuuny girl who will feed you with plenty of yummy home-baked goods. and she has a lot of inner beauty topped of with her domestic qualities.
-my second sister has my mom's genes. she is a very organised, overly hardworking, overly discplined, sporty girl. extremely good looking with a killer figure, she has a really hilarious side to match. she's protective( just like my dream older brother) and full of unexpected surprises. if i reveal anymore my head will not be resting on my neck no longer.
-me. i am a extremely disorganised person. seriously. i love to create things (regardless of what they are, with the exception of those which require excessive math calculations)and music is my inspiration.i'm very irresponsible and terrible person. let's not elaborate.

oh, how i love this word. still, many things have changed, and i feel very different from them suddenly.the ones closest to me (physically and spiritually), ironically. i apologise, but to stop any fighting about "why wasn't i mentioned?" even though i 'm aware they would be 90% in half-jest, but i decided to do on my childhood friends. and someone very special to me.

our first friend is the only childhood friend i have been recently seeing. and that was in april i think. oh well, for 10 odd years it still is impressive. he was the type of childhood friend where you did the dumbest and closest things with, like sharing a bath(with the mothers present naturally!) and staying overnight at his house;blah. i had never known he was a year older than me until 2005. such an idiot right? he is a very entertaining person, with the most hilarious of laughter and slang *he was the one who influenced me into my 'dude' slang*. he adores electronic games, just like that eveline. in 2005, he came over to my house, and we talked non stop for easliy 3 hours odd, just like those adults who adore to catch up. that's just what we did. they talked over food, we talked over my hamster waffles (i hope he's fine; he ran away and was never found) while playing with it. the last time i saw him he towered over me, with his voice easily a baritone pitch but i still think the little boy is still concealed within. it has to be.

now he was seriously comical. he was another one that iwas very close to. we had tution together with another good friend of mine, marissa. the funniest times we had, seriously. i have written a whole post about them, so i'm very lazy to elaborate now. let's move on.

my darling! she is my dear! she is such a lame perfectionist, but she has such a sensitive side to her. we share a lovely noisy and extremely transparent friendship, something i find very rare nowadays. people have to be diplomatic too much. i miss our long over an hour talks, and we would really bare everything, which flowed out so easily. all the best for your exams, my smart tan huiqi!*and all the other ultra maniacs too!*
romantic relationships
nope. this word does not ring a bell in my lasting memories. i never had a boyfriend. i know the rest of you had, but i never had. no one told me that they liked me before, but i can understand why. i don't think i'm girlfriend material. just good friend material. oh, but it doesn't bother me as much as it used to, no it doesn't. it used to, though. there was a time it did though, but i think it's fine with me. i'll just wait. my heart may not be precious, but it's not meant for wasting anyhow.
